Sébastien Drouillet is the Managing Director of Alloga in France, a key market within Cencora’s global healthcare solutions network. In this role, Sébastien is driving organizational change and implementing innovative strategies to expand services for pharmaceutical manufacturers. His leadership encompasses the management of five logistics sites, with a focus on developing teams to optimize operations and delivering excellence in healthcare logistics.
With over two decades of experience in finance and operations, Sébastien has held several senior leadership roles across Europe, including positions in France and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Alloga, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Habitat Design International, where he led the finance, IT, and property functions while navigating complex financial challenges. At Habitat, Sébastien played a pivotal role in restructuring the company, and executing the sale of its continental operations. His expertise in corporate governance, and financial forecasting has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence to improve Habitat France’s financial performance. His experience spans financial reporting, business planning, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, and shared services management, making him a versatile leader in the healthcare logistics sector.
In addition to his professional achievements, Sébastien has contributed to community initiatives as a governor and officer on the governing board of the British Section at Lycée International and as treasurer for British Scouting Overseas.
Sébastien holds an ACCA certification in finance and accounting. His skills in forecasting, financial modeling, and business strategy continue to drive innovation and growth at Alloga.
